The Epoch Times posted a multipage article with several hypotheses as to why girls were reaching puberty earlier. Having experienced several sections of the United States which exhibited great differences in sexual maturity of girls in the 1960's, I wanted to add to the information by discussing what California teachers I knew in my Los Angeles school unanimously thought was the cause.
